ESTECO engineering

By leveraging advanced optimisation algorithms such as modeFRONTIER from ESTECO, Realis WAVE simulation software enables users to determine the optimal geometrical parameters for components like mufflers and silencers in a fraction of the time compared to traditional manual iterations or passive Design of Experiment (DoE) studies. The combination of WAVE and modeFRONTIER offers and ideal solution for large scale simulations, enhancing efficiency in acoustic design and delivering superior results.

WAVE coupled with modeFRONTIER delivers a streamlined workflow, enabling the optimization of 1D models and intake/exhaust geometries. The new WAVE node, available to ESTECO customers in modeFRONTIER, allows users to easily query parameters within WAVE models and optimize parametric simulations, including optimisation of geometries.

modeFRONTIER from ESTECO is a leading software solution for simulation process automation and design optimisation – reducing complexity, improving efficiency and cutting development time. ESTECO was founded in 1999 by three engineers as a spin-off of the University of Trieste, Italy. Starting with numerical optimization as the core business, the offer later expanded its scope to cover different aspects of the engineering design process. Now the products and ventures have moved forward, bringing technology innovation to multiple markets and audiences, from business process management to mobile apps. Headquartered in Trieste (Italy), ESTECO has grown steadily and currently counts over 150 employees worldwide, with branches and offices in the United States, India, and Germany.
