Lubor is manager of the Structural Mechanics team delivering software tools for engine and transmission design. He holds a degree in Mathematical Modelling in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University of Chemistry and Technology, Prague, where his research focused on non-linear dynamic phenomena. Lubor joined Realis Simulation, formerly Ricardo Software, in 2011 as a software developer and became Development Manager in 2022. He leads the team delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of Realis customers.
